Directions

1) Pump around a coin size to your hand (apply more if your skin is particularly dry or on rougher areas such as elbows and knees)

2) Use your hands to massage the lotion into your body in small circular motions 

3) Repeat until you have covered your entire body (don’t forget your neck!)
